What is your shipping policy?

We sell digital products only—nothing is physically shipped. After payment and account verification, you’ll receive instant
access
to your downloads, both by email and in your account's
Library.

Delivery Process:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly via email and are accessible in your account's Library once your payment is confirmed.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link.
  • You can also log into your account at any time to access your templates.

I've paid but haven't gotten my download link. What should I do?

First, check these:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • That the email address used at checkout was correct
  • If you’re signed into your account, your order might already be visible there (allow up to 3 minutes for it to show)

If your payment went through but you didn’t receive confirmation:

  • Ensure your billing address (especially postal code) matches what's linked to your payment method
  • Make sure all business details entered at checkout are accurate
  • Banks may temporarily hold funds if there’s a mismatch, even if the order didn’t complete. These holds usually clear within a few business days.
